I work with individuals and couples navigating the tender, often turbulent territory around pregnancy, birth, new parenthood, and loss, and with anyone wrestling with life’s big questions: identity, freedom, meaning, mortality.
My approach blends clinical knowledge and expertise with warmth, curiosity and a touch of playful humour. I listen deeply, speak plainly, and hold a safe, non‑judgemental space where pain is named and possibility can be found.
